To ensure that every BYD Song electric vehicle arrives at the customer in the best condition, we strictly implement the following export standards:
Full vehicle detailed inspection:
Confirmation of vehicle condition: 100% passed third-party inspection (battery health, paint intact, functional test), with bilingual reports in Chinese and English.
Dynamic test: 5 kilometers of road test to ensure that there are no abnormalities in the motor, brake and steering systems.
Protective treatment: chassis anti-rust spray + paint coating to resist salt spray erosion during sea transportation.
Safe packing guarantee:
Scientific fixation: customized nylon straps + wheel wedges to avoid damage during transportation bumps.
Buffer isolation: the body is covered with anti-collision cushions, and air buffer bags are installed in the container.
Full-process monitoring: video recording of the packing process can be accessed at any time.
